My steps are not counting

Check Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health, then Chonky, and make sure step reading is allowed.
Steps come from Apple Health, so the Health app needs a step source such as your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Manual mode powers the local adventure. Pack, Dash, ranking, and other signed competitive submission are currently unavailable.

Pack membership, Team Raid, and Daily Dash are unavailable in this release.
Other online features require Sign in with Apple and an internet connection. They may pause when the service cannot verify a request.
Your local Journey and Home do not depend on those future online features.

Purchases go through your Apple account and RevenueCat verifies access. To restore permanent extras or Chonky Club on a new device, open Profile > Settings > Shop and use Restore Purchases. Chonky Club and No Banner Ads purchases require Sign in with Apple.
Gem packs need Sign in with Apple and an online connection. Each pack is delivered once to the wallet of the account you are signed in to, and the balance in the app is that server-owned balance. If a Gem purchase has not appeared after a few minutes, keep the app online and open the Store again; delivery completes on the next inventory sync.
For a missing purchase, email us with the product name, approximate purchase time, and your Chonky player ID. Do not send card details or your Apple Account password.
Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ads are release-gated and off by default. If Chonky has not activated the verified server-delivery contract for your installed release, no rewarded ad is available. When activated, ads are only for signed-in players who confirm they are 18 or older. Adults can allow relevant ads through Apple's tracking permission, use non-personalized ads, or keep ads off.
Eligible adults who enable optional ads may see one small banner above the main tabs. The Campfire choice appears only after the Daily Walk's normal reward is complete. If tracking is declined or restricted, ads remain non-personalized.
The permanent No Banner Ads purchase removes passive banners only. An active Chonky Club membership also suppresses banners. Use Restore Purchases in Settings after reinstalling or changing devices.
If an ad is still preparing, stay online and try again later. Ad fill is not guaranteed.
After a completed ad, AdMob must send server-side verification to RevenueCat and Chonky Live must accept RevenueCat's authenticated reward event. Keep the app online; the one Gem will appear automatically after verification. Do not watch or buy anything again to fix a delay.
If a verified Gem is still missing after 15 minutes, email us with the approximate time and your Chonky player ID. Do not send advertising identifiers, passwords, or payment details.
You can stop new ad requests any time in Settings. Read the ad privacy details.

You can export a copy of your online game data from inside the app.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. See the privacy policy for what this covers.
